Ashley is an Educational Psychologist, Keynote Speaker, Social-Emotional Curriculum Wizard (yes, that’s a thing), and Author who helps tweens, teens, and their occasionally frazzled parents ride the emotional rollercoaster of growing up—without flying off the tracks.
In her private practice, she works with kids aged 10+, teens, and young adults, offering a safe, judgment-free zone to untangle big feelings and build rock-solid self-belief. She also supports parents—because let’s be honest, raising emotionally intelligent humans is hard, and there’s still no user manual (though she’s seriously considering writing one).
Ashley’s work also extends beyond therapy. She delivers keynote talks that are equal parts psychology and real-life insight. She also designs Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programmes for schools and is the author of a popular children’s book series.
